Refund Policy

OUR PRODUCT/SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Because the products we sell are digital and thus intangible, they cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds after the product has been purchased and downloaded, which you must understand before purchasing the script. Purchasing a product from us indicates that you understand and accept this policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand that no product can be returned or refunded. This includes licence fees, plugins, recurring purchases, and previously downloaded products.

Website Terms of Use for Installation Issues:

If customers have their own server and set it up themselves, we won’t charge any setup fees. We only charge for installation at our listed price. We don’t offer free server setup services.The customer is solely responsible for configuring their own server. In some cases, we will accept responsibility for installation issues. However, it is still the customer’s responsibility to set up their server and install the files on their own server. If customers want us to set up their server, we can do so for a fee based on our standard hourly rate.

However, we accept that things do go wrong on occasion, and we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund will be offered.

Consider the following scenarios, which could occur in real life. We will investigate everything in this situation before proceeding with a refund. If it’s true, we’ll give you a refund.

Refund Terms

  1. File Not Received: If you have not received the files after making the purchase, please contact our Sales and Support team via email/phone to request them. You can also request a refund from them if you don’t want the files. This refund must be claimed within 15 days, or we will consider you to have received the files and you will be unable to claim a refund.
  2. Unable to Unachieved: You must request files from our sales team if the downloaded zip file cannot be unzipped. Our team will examine the file source you downloaded from your account, and if a problem exists, they will resend the download link to you, as well as enable the appropriate file download option in your customer area, from which you can download it. In this case, if you do not want to download the correct file and require a refund, we will investigate and, if it is true, we will consider a refund.
  3. Functional Problem: If any modules or features do not work, you must first contact our team to resolve the issue. Our team will handle this and resolve it as soon as possible. Even if you do not want to work with our team to resolve the issue, you can receive a partial refund based on those features.
  4. Support Issue: If you do not receive support after a monthly subscription for a specific product at the price we set for that product, you may request a refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 days, with a maximum of one month depending on our local and international holidays.

Protocloud technologies undertakes all projects under the purview of Milestones, which dictate the project’s direction / road-map.

Protocloud Technologies accepts all Web Design/ Development/ Applications projects only after a thorough analysis and comprehensive scope documentation to ensure that the team fully understands the work to be done and eliminates the possibility of project cancellation, reversal or dispute.
Because Protocloud Technologies and its customers understand that work is required to reach each milestone and complete each module of a project, we cannot provide refunds for work already completed.
Protocloud Technologies guarantees that if the project is terminated by mutual agreement, the customer retains ownership of all work completed up to that point and receives a refund of the amount paid for further development.

Protocloud technologies also respect a client’s decision to work with a different provider within 12 hours of the project’s start. In such a case, Protocloud Technologies would fully refund the amount paid for the project.

If a project is cancelled or postponed, Protocloud Technologies retains all monies paid, and the client is responsible for any additional work completed beyond what was already paid for.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We only sell digital services. we do not offer or provide any physical products so there is no shipping applied on our services.

Terms and Conditions for Protocloud Technologies Partner Affiliate Program

Definitions:

Affiliate: An individual or entity registered and approved by Protocloud Technologies to participate in the Partner Affiliate Program.

Commission: The amount payable to the Affiliate for a successful referral, calculated as a percentage of the sale.

Referral: A new client introduced to Protocloud technologies by the Affiliate.

Eligibility for Partner Affiliate Program with Website Terms of Use:

To be eligible for the Partner Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid bank account or payment method accepted by Protocloud Technologies.

Registration:

Affiliates must complete the registration process and be approved by Protocloud technologies before they can participate in the program.

Protocloud Technologies reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate registration at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure:

Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on the total value of the sale (excluding taxes and shipping costs) for each successful referral.

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $100 USD.

Project finalization process.

Once a user come on our website using affiliate unique URL and submit the inquiry form. that lead will be displayed in your system and the same leads will be display in affiliate dashboard with pending status.

After receiving the lead our team member will contact to the client with their project requirement. and marked the lead with “In Discussion” status. and the Affiliates will be able to see the status in their dashboard.

After discussion with client requirement our team member will understand the client requirement and they will prepare a proposal to the client and give them a price and cost estimation. and mark the lead with “Proposal Sent to Client” the same status will be updated to the Affiliates.

We will do client follow-up and mark the status with “Client Follow Up” and if client will not agree with the price and time estimation and do not want to continue with us we will update the status with “Client Follow Up”.

if client finalized the project, we will get an advance payment with the client and update the lead status with “Project Finalized (Payment processing)” and based on the client milestone payment terms and payment receiving we will make the Commissions payment time by time when we receive the payment.

Referral Tracking:

Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link to track their referrals. Commissions will only be paid for sales that are tracked through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.

Termination:

Protocloud Technologies reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or inactivity for a period of  6 months.

Limitation of Liability:

Protocloud Technologies is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm or any loss of income resulting from the Affiliate’s involvement in the program.

Modification of Terms:

Protocloud Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  State of Rajasthan (India).

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of the Affiliate’s participation in the program will be resolved through arbitration in  State of Rajasthan (India).

Confidentiality:

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by Protocloud Technologies and not to use or disclose such information except as expressly permitted by Protocloud Technologies.
