OUR PRODUCT/SERVICE REFUND POLICY
Because the products we sell are digital and thus intangible, they cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds after the product has been purchased and downloaded, which you must understand before purchasing the script. Purchasing a product from us indicates that you understand and accept this policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand that no product can be returned or refunded. This includes licence fees, plugins, recurring purchases, and previously downloaded products.
ISSUES DURING INSTALLATION:
We do not charge any fees for server setup if customers have their own server and have everything configured themselves. We are paid for installation based on our price. We do not provide any server setup services for free. The customer is solely responsible for configuring their own server. In some cases, we will accept responsibility for installation issues. However, it is still the customer’s responsibility to set up their server and install the files on their own server. If customers want us to set up their server, we can do so for a fee based on our standard hourly rate.
However, we accept that things do go wrong on occasion, and we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund will be offered.
Consider the following scenarios, which could occur in real life. We will investigate everything in this situation before proceeding with a refund. If it’s true, we’ll give you a refund.
- File Not Received: If you have not received the files after making the purchase, please contact our Sales and Support team via email/phone to request them. You can also request a refund from them if you don’t want the files. This refund must be claimed within 15 days, or we will consider you to have received the files and you will be unable to claim a refund.
- Unable to Unachieved: You must request files from our sales team if the downloaded zip file cannot be unzipped. Our team will examine the file source you downloaded from your account, and if a problem exists, they will resend the download link to you, as well as enable the appropriate file download option in your customer area, from which you can download it. In this case, if you do not want to download the correct file and require a refund, we will investigate and, if it is true, we will consider a refund.
- Functional Problem: If any modules or features do not work, you must first contact our team to resolve the issue. Our team will handle this and resolve it as soon as possible. Even if you do not want to work with our team to resolve the issue, you can receive a partial refund based on those features.
- Support Issue: If you do not receive support after a monthly subscription for a specific product at the price we set for that product, you may request a refund.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 days, with a maximum of one month depending on our local and international holidays.
REFUND POLICY FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Protocloud technologies undertakes all projects under the purview of Milestones, which dictate the project’s direction / road-map.
Protocloud Technologies accepts all Web Design/ Development/ Applications projects only after a thorough analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope document, ensuring that teams have a complete understanding of the work that needs to be done and eliminating the possibility of project cancellation/reversal/dispute.
Because Protocloud technologies and the Clientele understand that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completing every module, a refund for work already completed is not possible.
Protocloud Technologies ensures that, in the event of a mutual project termination, the client retains ownership of all work completed to that point, and that any money paid for further development is returned.
Protocloud technologies also respect a client’s decision to work with a different provider within 12 hours of the project’s start. In such a case, Protocloud Technologies would fully refund the amount paid for the project.
If a project is cancelled or postponed, Protocloud Technologies retains all monies paid, and the client is responsible for any additional work completed beyond what was already paid for.
